- Information about procedures submitted to insurance companies only includes the information needed to complete the submission of claims on your behalf. Claims are prepared and submitted using the current version CODE on Dental Procedures and Nomenclature.
- The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA) prescribes certain protocols for offices that submit claims and other and transactions electronically. This office does not submit claims electronically.
